1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bet329 online gaming and sports betting platform ("Platform"), operated under the bet329.org domain. This Agreement is entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bet329 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on the bet329 Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you are required to cease use of the Platform immediately and close your account.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bet329, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bet329 strictly prohibits access to or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted during registration and may be repeated at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion on bet329 or any other gambling platform to which such exclusion may extend.
• You have not previously had an account on bet329 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

bet329 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bet329 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. bet329 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify bet329 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• bet329 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification steps before permitting access from a new device or IP address.
• Accounts are non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of accounts between individuals is prohibited.

bet329 reserves the right to refuse registration, close accounts, or limit account functionality at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to applicable regulatory obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bet329 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet329 does not apply any currency conversion fees. The amount deposited via your chosen payment method is the exact amount credited to your gaming balance.

Supported payment methods include but are not limited to: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Available methods may be updated from time to time and the current list is displayed in the Platform cashier.

Deposits:

• All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within 60 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• bet329 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity.
• Deposits made using credit facilities (credit cards, credit-based wallet top-ups) are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• bet329 targets an average withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks, including proof of identity and source of funds, before processing is completed.
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal processing commences.

bet329 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bet329 may request additional documentation before the withdrawal is authorised.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bet329 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bet329 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• bet329 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or on terms that were materially incorrect due to a system error, pricing error, or data feed failure.
• In the event that an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting market.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may be adjusted at bet329's sole discretion without prior notice.
• bet329 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any player at any time without being required to provide a reason.
• Live or in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at bet329's discretion. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid subject to applicable settlement rules.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from a bonus must comply with the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus as described in Section 6.

For cricket betting specifically, PSL and international match markets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a cricket match, the official score and result as confirmed by the governing body shall be final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bet329 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

• Bonuses are awarded at bet329's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotional terms. Bonuses not used or wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, markets, or bet types. Wagering on excluded game types will not contribute toward the wagering requirement.
• bet329 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — along with any winnings derived from it — if evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation is identified.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet329 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live dealer games, poker, or any other format that involves competition between players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcome you have prior knowledge of or influence over.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward bet329 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the bet329 Platform or its underlying software.

bet329 employs automated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet329 Platform — including but not limited to the bet329 name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet329 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from bet329.
• Use the bet329 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of bet329's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet329's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bet329 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet329 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures arising from circumstances outside bet329's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processor delays.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds, or event information displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with security obligations, including safeguarding your account credentials.
• Decisions made based on promotional material that was subject to a typographical or publishing error.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet329 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10 Privacy & Data

bet329 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of identity and verification documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes.
• Recording of all transactions, bets, and account activity for regulatory, audit, and dispute resolution purposes.
• Storage of technical data including IP addresses, device identifiers, and session logs for fraud prevention purposes.
• Communication of account-related information, promotional offers, and platform updates to your registered contact details, subject to your communication preferences.

bet329 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law or necessary for Platform operations.

11 Responsible Gaming

bet329 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated account at any time.

Termination by you: You may request account closure by contacting bet329 support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled normally, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your nominated payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited.

Termination by bet329: bet329 may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification, age verification, or source of funds checks.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward bet329 staff or other players.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is terminated by bet329 for cause, any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your nominated payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to bet329.

13 Amendments

bet329 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet329 will notify registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, is always accessible on the bet329 Platform. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bet329 holds its operating authorisation.

Any dispute arising between you and bet329 in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits bet329's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms by you.
